Ross lands role at LIPSYNC

A jobs hub member has landed a job at one of the UK’s top post production companies.

Ross Walker saw the advert for the role of Runner at LIPSYNC in London on the National Youth Film Academy jobs hub.

He was shortlisted by a member of our Talent Team and recommended to the Soho-based company who then invited him to interview.

After a successful trial shift Ross was last week given a permanent job as Runner with the opportunity for him to eventually progress and be promoted into different areas such as, offline editing, VT, Film, Creative and VFX.

Ross said: “The National Youth Film Academy has helped me in creating a new path towards my goal of being a Director and Animator. I cannot wait to get started in my new role at LIPSYNC.”

LIPSYNC is an internationally recognised post-house, providing post-production services to the film and television industry for over 20 years.

To date over 2300 people have signed up to our free jobs hub, with 85 different organisations within the film/TV industry posting over 100 opportunities since the platform was launched in November 2017.
